RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Every MELANINaire Aesthetics item is prepared specifically for your order. Because our apparel is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, garment style, color selection, change of mind, or other buyer preference.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We want your order to arrive exactly as it should. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact MELANINaire Aesthetics within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the item and the problem. We will review the information and, when the issue is confirmed, arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

SIZE, STYLE & COLOR SELECTION

Please review your selected size, garment style, and color carefully before completing your purchase. Because items are prepared specifically for each order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to an incorrect size, style, or color selected by the customer.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production, we may be unable to change or cancel it.

REFUNDS

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

FINAL SALE ITEMS & GIFT CARDS

Gift cards and items specifically marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund, except when required by applicable law.
