SHIPPING POLICY

At MELANINaire Aesthetics, each order is prepared with care. Please review the information below before placing your order.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders may require up to 5 business days for processing and fulfillment before shipment. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Business days do not include weekends or recognized holidays. During holidays, new collection releases, promotions, or periods of high order volume, additional processing time may be required.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

MELANINaire Aesthetics currently offers shipping within the United States.

Standard Shipping: $8.00
FREE Standard Shipping: Orders of $50.00 or more
Express Shipping: $15.00

Shipping transit time begins after your order has been processed and transferred to the carrier. Selecting Express Shipping speeds up carrier transit; it does not shorten our order processing time.

TRACKING

When tracking information is available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details after the order has been fulfilled.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your address carefully before submitting your order.

MELANINaire Aesthetics is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied at checkout.

CARRIER DELAYS

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside the control of MELANINaire Aesthetics.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your tracking information shows an unusual delay or your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact MELANINaire Aesthetics so we can assist with reviewing the shipment and determining the appropriate next steps.
